  Went to H&R Block with my fiancé. After we finished, nobody charged us for the service they provide, and my fiancé ended up owing over $700. Nobody from the office called us to say we never paid and nobody called us to say we have to pay back over $700. Such terrible communication, and the lady working the front desk was extremely frustrating. She kept saying someone should have called (she said this numerous times), but nobody called. Plus, the lady we spoke with about our taxes isn't there now because she works seasonally, so nobody can answer our questions. Won't be going back next year. Complete lack of communication skills.
