  Just ordered 2 chicken burgers and they were stone cold and they didn't even give me a receipt in drive through. It's sad when your so use to good food elsewhere and it's​ here but not really.

  The worst drive through in the World! They refuse to acknowledge that customer is always right and overcharge you as well as refuse to give you your Colonels club deal and also charge you extra if you want a thigh instead of a drum...their pieces of dark are the same ...small thighs and small drums... Tty hen they have the odasity To tell you that they have to charge you an extra dollar for a small thigh...Wow..not eating here ever again!!!!!

  As soon as we opened the door to the restaurant, a guy working said "it'll be a 20 minute wait on chicken" and as we discussed what we would have instead he said, "you know we close at 10"... it was 8:56pm. He gave us the impression that they didn't want to have to put down another batch of chicken before they closed in an hours time. Needless to say, they didn't get our service tonight. On other occasions I've heard some terrible things as well... skimpy on food, cold when you get it, poor service, long drive thru wait times, running out of things mid day and now poor customer service. I never post complaints, but this is ridiculous and something needs to be done!

  Gross service.....25 minute wait inside for two fill ups and finally get home and my kids had the wrong order....chicken is not popcorn cgucken. Tried to call manager and got some woman who can't barely speak or understand English. My kids live KFC and I spend a lot of money there and it is sad to see what today's work force and customer satisfaction rate have dropped down to. Horrible service....longer than necessary wait and chicken that they couldn't even eat was dripping with grease. If you are going to take our money at least try to be a decent establishment. I'm so pissed

  We were traveling on the TCH and pulled in for lunch. Middle of the afternoon and all they had was dark meat. Wow. Not OK. So we ordered boneless combos. SALTY AS HELL. Asked for a second dipping sauce but told they cost extra. Poor value for the money!
